R.E.A.’s new website, social presence, and marketing materials have increased the number of custom-built homes by instilling confidence in new and long-term customers. During the rebrand, it led to 3 new renovation projects and 2 new construction projects.
R.E.A. Homes needed help standing out in a crowded market of custom home builders. Between their years of experience and extensive portfolio, they had the leverage required, but needed help communicating that to their customers.
Before creating an inbound marketing strategy, we needed to redefine the target market and ensure R.E.A.’s brand spoke specifically to them—from a content and visual standpoint.
Their current brand’s look and feel lacked a strong first impression and didn’t represent the premier homes they were building and/or renovating. In order for R.E.A. to attract more higher-paying leads, they needed a brand refresh and to create consistency throughout their website, social channels, and sales and marketing materials.
