No Guesswork: Guarantee FAQs

We offer three powerful guarantees to give you confidence when you choose Lasso Up as your marketing partner:

  1. Service Guarantee – If after the first month you don’t feel confident in our partnership, we’ll refund your first month’s service fee.
  2. Results Guarantee – Depending on your package, we guarantee delivery of a specific number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a set timeframe. If we don’t meet the goal, we’ll continue working at no cost until we do.
  3. Exclusivity Guarantee – We won’t provide the Boost or Premium program to a direct competitor within 25 miles of your business while you’re partnered with us.

The number of MQLs depends on the package you select:

  • Essential: At least 6 MQLs in 9 months.
  • Boost: At least 6 MQLs in 6 months.
  • Premium: At least 10 MQLs in 6 months.

An MQL is a prospect who:

  • Fits your target market or approved buyer persona.
  • Provides valid business contact information.
  • Engages with your marketing campaigns (e.g., completes a form, requests a demo, attends a webinar, or interacts with multiple campaign touchpoints).

Exclusions: Students, job seekers, vendors, competitors, incomplete forms, spam, and contacts outside campaign attribution.

  • All MQLs are tracked through an agreed lead tracking system.
  • Attribution is tied to campaign-driven sources such as ads, gated content, or webinars.
  • Monthly reporting will show MQL volume and sources.

To qualify for our guarantees, you must:

  • Approve the definition of an MQL.
  • Complete all onboarding tasks in month one (e.g., kickoff call, access setup, sharing content, defining MQL criteria).
  • Attend all scheduled calls.
  • Provide timely feedback on marketing assets.
  • Pay 100% of monthly payments on time.

If these requirements aren’t met, the guarantees are void.

If you don’t provide feedback or approval on assets by the assigned deadlines, delays in campaign execution will void the guarantees. This ensures our work stays on track, timelines are realistic, and results can be delivered.

To keep the guarantees active, you must pay invoices in full and on time. If payments are late, guarantees are suspended until the balance is resolved. If a payment is more than 15 days past due, the guarantees may be voided.

A Direct Competitor is defined as a business that:

  • Operates in the same industry.
  • Offers substantially the same core products/services to the same customer base.
  • Has a physical location or service area within 25 miles of your primary business location.

Exclusions:

  • Adjacent/tangential businesses (e.g., a home renovation company is not a direct competitor of a custom home builder).
  • Businesses serving different market segments (e.g., enterprise vs. small business).
  • National or online-only companies without a significant local presence.

The tiered approach is designed to help companies of a particular size, industry, and market competition in mind. Choosing to go with a lower-tiered plan will not guarantee we can achieve the progress and amount of leads required to achieve true dominance in a market. We recommend choosing the package recommended by our sales team.

No. The Exclusivity Guarantee applies only to clients in the Boost and Premium programs. This guarantee does not apply to the Essential program.

Because we believe in shared success. These guarantees mean:

  • You start risk-free.
  • You get tangible results.
  • You know we’re committed to you — not your competitor.

When you win, we win. That’s the foundation of our partnership.
