That’s exactly what the Results Guarantee is for. Your lead target is agreed in writing before we start. If we miss it, we don’t stop working; we keep going at no cost until the number is hit.

You have a full month to decide. If our partnership doesn’t feel right after month one, we’ll refund your service fee, no questions, no friction. You keep everything we built.

Full Guarantee Terms

If the client does not feel satisfied with the quality of service and collaboration after the first 30 calendar days,
Lasso Up will refund the first month’s service fee. The client must notify Lasso Up in writing within
3 business days of the one-month mark.

  • Refund applies to agency service fees only. Excludes paid media spend, software, or third-party costs.
  • All deliverables created in the first 30 days remain the property of the client.
  • Guarantee is void if contractual requirements are not met.

Lasso Up guarantees delivery of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) within the timeframe defined by the client’s program:

  • Essential: at least 6 MQLs within 9 months of kickoff
  • Boost: at least 6 MQLs within 6 months of kickoff
  • Premium: at least 10 MQLs within 6 months of kickoff

If the target is not met, Lasso Up continues working at no additional cost until it is.
Guarantees are void if contractual requirements are not met.

Lasso Up will not knowingly provide the Boost or Premium Growth Marketing Program to a direct competitor
of the client within a 25-mile radius of the client’s primary business location during the term of the agreement.

  • Applies only to primary industry verticals defined at project kickoff.
  • Does not apply to the Essential program.
  • If a potential conflict arises, Lasso Up will disclose and resolve in good faith.

An MQL is a prospect who fits the client’s target market, provides valid business contact information,
and engages through a qualifying marketing channel. Qualifying engagement includes:

  • Form submissions or contact/consultation requests
  • Positive replies to marketing-driven outreach
  • Campaign-driven phone calls
  • Webinar or event registration and attendance
  • Multiple tracked content interactions (e.g., ad click → content download → email interaction)

What does not count:

  • Students, job seekers, vendors, competitors, spam entries
  • Incomplete forms without valid contact information
  • Contacts generated organically outside of campaign attribution

To keep the guarantees active, clients must:

  • Approve the agreed MQL definition before launch
  • Complete all onboarding tasks in month one (kickoff call, account access, content sharing)
  • Attend all scheduled calls per the project blueprint
  • Provide feedback on assets within 3 business days of the assigned date
  • Pay 100% of monthly fees on time — late payments suspend guarantees

A direct competitor is a business that offers substantially the same core products or services as the client,
targets the same primary customer base, and operates within a 25-mile radius of the client’s primary location.

The following do not qualify as direct competitors:

  • Adjacent businesses offering complementary but non-substitutable services (e.g., a home renovation company vs. a custom home builder)
  • Companies serving distinctly different market segments (e.g., enterprise vs. small business)
  • National or online-only companies without significant local presence within the 25-mile radius

These guarantees apply to Lasso Up Growth Marketing Programs only. Final contract clarifies which guarantees apply to your program. Guarantees are contingent on meeting contractual requirements.
